Kerry and his team built a ground-floor extension for us, stripping back the existing walls to brick and installing a wet room and underfloor heating throughout. All the work was carried out to a high standard and with care and courtesy. Thoroughly recommended!

KSW built a two-storey extension on our house and put in underfloor heating for the entire ground floor. They also made many internal modifications (new bathrooms, new doors, windows etc.) and built a large porcelain patio. They took this all the way through from architect design and structural report through to the final sign-off from Building Regulations. We found their professionalism, communications and quality focus to be exemplary. They were a great team and we were always well informed on progress and dealing with the changes which are inevitable when dealing with a major renovation. Kerry and his excellent team have done work on two houses for us involving all aspects of the building trade from extension work to plumbing/tiling/roofing/ bathrooms/electrical work as well as outside landscaping work involving the building of patio’s and paths.
